The DeWolff Partnership, in association with Rossetti Architects, has redesigned the old Rochester Community War Memorial into a new state-of-the-art arena facility. The new design includes additions, renovations, and ADA code updates to a tired 1955 sporting event and endstage concert facility. As you can see, the new main entrance and lobby will welcome audiences.
The old facility of 7,500 fixed seating has been expanded to 14,000 (including 350 premium seats), 21 private suites, with higher suite capacity provisions. A fully equipped kitchen will service banquet/meeting rooms and suites along with the new concession stands (including several merchandise stands) which have been installed throughout the facility.
