DeWolff Partnership completed a contract for major renovations to the Children's Eye Center in 1998 and the Wilmer Nursing and Trauma Center located in the historic Wilmer building of the renowned Wilmer Eye Institute in 1997 ($2.7 and $1.8 million respectively).
Renovation and relocation of two replacement procedure rooms (diagnostic catherization and electrophysiology), design of two new rooms for interventional radiology and a procedure room for tilt testing and cardioversions.
The Comprehensive Cancer Center replaces 80,000 square feet now located throughout the campus. This 370,000 square foot facility provides for the study and treatment of all types of cancer. Resources include radiation therapy, outpatient chemotherapy, oncology inpatient beds, 14 operating rooms, surgical intensive care and recovery rooms. The new Comprehensive Cancer Center was completed in 1999.
