RICHARD PERRY. AIA

Mr. Perry has more than 30 years experience planning, designing, and delivering completed projects to a wide variety of clients by utilizing a consistent and successful project methodology    Starting with commercial and industrial work, his broad career has included educational, municipal, medical, recreational, and judicial facilities, as well as urban planning projects.  His project emphasis has been to consistently deliver to our clients well designed projects that meet the functional needs, are completed on schedule, and within the established budget.

DAVID M. BONO
Mr. Bono has more than 22 years of experience in the planning and design of public, commercial, recreational facilities and correctional, institutional, and municiple facilities.   He also functions as the firm's CADD Director, which includes training of design staff in creating construction documents as well as modeling and rendering skills.  He is also a reviewing member of the National CADD Standards 3.0 Committee. 

EMILIO M. DE LEON, RA
Emilio de Leon has over 35 years of experience planning and designing buildings of various types including hospitals, medical buildings, educational and biological research centers, courts and justice facilities, and hospitality design. 

MATTHEW Z. METYK, AIA, LEED AP
Mr. Metyk has over ten years of full time professional experience in the design, production, management, & construction administration of various significant projects during his employment at local Cleveland & Akron area architectural firms including completion of over 40 successful healthcare related projects. Mr. Metyk has 10 years of full time health care experience with DeWolff Partnership Architects. 

DAVID WELSH, RA
David Welsh has over 20 years of experience with a variety of skills in programming, design, construction document production and more. He has worked on projects ranging from education, health care, and recreational facilities to correctional, corporate and commercial buildings. 

DAVID E. NELSON, AIA, LEED, CDT
Mr. Nelson has over 28 years of experience in planning, design, construction administration, and quality assurance.  His quality assurance experience includes multi-million dollar projects in the fields of justice / courts, health care, municipal, commercial and higher education.
